The undersigned acknowledges and accepts this contract and all stipulations and agrees to comply with the same. This contract and all attachments constitute the entire contract between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall super cede all previous proposals, both oral and written, negotiations, representations, commitments and other communications between the customer and the banquet hall. If this contract has not been signed all banquet and event space will be released for resale.
This banquet hall rental agreement is for the guests stipulated at this contract on the date mentioned above and for the amount set in the contract. Along with the above agreed services the banquet hall includes:
1. The use of the room for 7 hours, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM2. A/C Heating system.3. Dance floor.4.The use of stage.5. Tables and chairs to accommodate the guests.
This event is a private function contracted between an individual and the banquet hall. It is not a public function. The client cannot change or rearrange the venue. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for advertising purposes by the banquet hall.
To secure a booking, a $1,500 deposit is required. If the event is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded. If the security deposit has not been paid, the doors will not open on the day of the event. If the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, $35 per extra guest will be deducted from the security deposit without prior notice. If confetti or rice is thrown, $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The use of bubbles is prohibited. $500 deposit not included on total amount is due one week before the event, it covers fees in case of any damage on Hall and/or decoration
Full payment must be received three (3) weeks prior to the event; failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. Credit or debit card transactions are subject to a processing fee of 10.1% of the amount due.
The banquet hall will provide all beverages served in its facility. If the customer supplies beverages, including alcohol, all beverages must still be served by the banquet hall and will not be served in glass containers. The banquet hall reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guest under 21 years of age or to any guest unable to provide valid proof of age.
All outside entertainment services must be pre-approved by the banquet hall.
Acceptable payment methods include cash and cashier's checks. Personal and company checks will be accepted but the contract will not be valid until the checks clear. A Nevada tax charge of 8.375% will apply to all payments.
Each event booking will specify a start time and end time. Events must begin and end within the scheduled times to avoid additional fees.
The banquet hall has full discretion to deny access to or remove from the facility any patron or attendee deemed to pose a safety hazard or threat to others. Such action does not waive the patron's obligation to pay the agreed-upon fees. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, security officers will be present at the event. Any act of aggression or illegal activity will result in the immediate conclusion and cancellation of the event, with forfeiture of all monies paid. Concealed weapons, including pocketknives, are strictly prohibited. Guests over 21 years of age will be tagged by security with a bracelet or stamp indicating they are allowed to consume alcohol. Guests whose ages cannot be verified will not be tagged and cannot consume alcohol. In case of natural disasters or court or landlord decisions affecting the property, the banquet hall will find an alternative venue, adhering to the original contract. The customer is responsible for the safety of children, and strollers are prohibited inside the banquet hall. The banquet hall and property owner are not responsible for damages or loss of property or vehicles in the parking lot. Events will be canceled immediately if a fight occurs.
Full packages include table linens consisting of one overlay and one underlay. Additional overlays or underlays will incur a $10 fee per piece. The MC included in the package is the DJ. Clients are responsible for providing a list of songs or genres for the DJ via text or email. If no list is provided, the DJ will play music based on their expertise. Full packages for seven-hour events include six hours of DJ music. Standard centerpieces are neutral; personalized centerpieces require an additional fee.
The banquet hall is not responsible for the loss or damage of any attendee's personal property before, during, or after the event. The banquet hall shall not be held liable for any damages related to food, beverages, or cake brought by the customer. The banquet hall shall not be liable for failure to perform under this agreement due to Acts of God, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances making performance impractical. Guests are prohibited from leaving the room with alcoholic beverages. In case of disputes, the banquet hall's liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement. Any unauthorized changes to the contract will render it null and void.
